Val Stoiana has been in the tennis arena for over 30 years. His tennis career, includes playing  NCAA Division 1 college tennis at St.John's University and winning a Big East doubles title in 1986. . He's held a top 10 Romanian national ranking and competed in Professional Tournaments. Among his students you'll find his daughter Mary Stoiana ( former #1 ranked D1 College player & top 300 WTA), hundreds of recreational players, a top 10 WTA player, several nationally and sectionally ranked players, high school teams and a  ladies USTA 3.5 team.  He has a professional level certification  from PTR , and has been the Head Tennis Professional at The Heritage Hotel. since 2002 .

Val played D1 College Tennis on a scholarship at the St. John's University . He's competed professionally and now makes a living teaching tennis full time & coaches Mary.
